It’s been a while since I’ve posted, but things have been a little busy around our here… I’m thrilled to finally share that we are having a BABY GIRL late this summer! I wanted to wait until all of my clients were in on the news before sharing it with everyone else, but the secret is finally out + we couldn’t be more excited.

I’m currently at the halfway point of this pregnancy (but it feels like I’ve been pregnant for at least 3 years). I’ve been closely documenting all aspects of my physical, emotional + mental health along the way. It’s been a humbling experience to say the least, and my exercise regimen + general lifestyle have definitely gone through some modifications. But I’ve been collecting some good tips in prenatal fitness, nutrition, mental health + overall wellness. I can’t wait to share more about the ups + downs of this journey and what has/hasn’t worked for me!
New + Established Clients
I am still accepting new clients + will continue to do so through mid-summer. So, it’s not too late to schedule your appointment! I’m also exploring options for staying virtually connected with all of my established clients throughout my maternity leave. Of course I have some additional wonderful options for those who prefer face-to-face sessions, too. I will make sure everyone is well taken care of when the time arrives! I’ll share more info on this at a later date.
